This actually looks like LIPoedema rather than LYMPHoedema, two very different conditions. On top of that, she is morbidly obese, as evidenced by her abdominal fat (lipoedema manifests itself in limbs, not in the abdomen).

should society hate and shame fat people ? No, just the same as we shouldn't shame and hate people with cancer, diabetes, or other illnesses. But trying to say that this is beautiful, Normal and not dangerous ? fuck that. Being these morbidly obese will guaranteed kill her before her natural time. Making being fat normal and accepted is the wrong fucking way to go. Instead of removing skinny models and replacing them with fat models, how about dealing with the actual problems ? fat people who say being fat is beautiful are simply people who have given up. There is nothing beatiful with a enlarged heart or clogged arteries, fatty liver, stroke, high blood pressure which can result in kidney failure, becoming blind etc. Cancer, diabetes, gallbadder disease, osteoarthritis, gout, breathing problems like sleep apnea and ashtma.
