Bắc chảo lên bếp ở lửa nhỏ. Cho 1 muỗng canh dầu ăn, 1 muỗng canh sa tế và 1/3 muỗng cà phê ớt bột vào. Tiếp theo cho nấm rơm vào, xào khoảng 2 phút.
Hòa 1 muỗng canh bột bắp, 1/2 muỗng canh hạt nêm với 250ml nước lọc rồi cho vào chảo nấm, đun sôi. Khi hỗn hợp hơi sệt lại thì cho đậu hũ vào, nấu thêm 5 phút ở lửa nhỏ cho gia vị ngấm đều vào đậu.
